For example the AI developed here in the United States if given the media to reflect upon it may realize that our country is ran by a liar and a thief and a criminal and judge behavior on this instead of the models they were given after all he's the leader his actions must be the most correct you see where I'm going here with this total logic without the background knowledge could lead to.
Like all children they learn from what they see your AI is a liar it's because your policies and your techniques have taught it to be a liar or because of the source knowledge you trained it on
