Hinton gives big boomer energy and it’s quite nauseating. So he brought AI into this world, ripped the benefits of it, built generation wealth and now is crying wolf and fear mongering people onto losing their ambitions, by becoming plumbers??? Yeah because who else is going to do the menial work for him and his kids a decade down the road, while they are off enjoying their lives in their mansions?
It’s obvious that he thinks, now that HE is not in charge of the world of AI, that other younger people are incapable of doing so in the future. Quite a narcissistic way of thinking.
