1:05:30 - I hear this and I have started a business while maintaining my own career. AI has made me so efficient that I've hired 4 new employees for my side business and training them on AI tools. Got them doing research and finding our place in this new world. IF AI can really replace 10 workers, I figured I would start a business and have the power of 50 workers off 5 staff!
Everyone is afraid of companies downscaling and forgetting there are new businesses and jobs coming to be. We never would have thought that "social media manager" would be a job title in 2005.
