AI doesn’t bitch, call in sick, have an attitude. They don’t have to pay AI, Social Security, unemployment taxes, medical benefits, pay for maternity leave, pay someone else to do your job while you’re on maternity leave, pay sick days, pay vacation, pay into your retirement plan. A lot of these employees have been indoctrinated to believe that the business can’t survive without them. This is an eye opener for them.
