"AI makes art accessible for people with disabilities" I recently got diagnosed with alexithymia, it's a condition where someone is unable to put emotions into words due to not knowing how to connect with their emotions or feel them at all. In my case I still feel my emotions, but due to me never being allowed to express them, I never learned to process and understand what I feel. And despite this, I write and I make art. I quite literally don't know what I feel or how to put it into words, but I can sense how my body reacts to the world around me and describe those sensations even if I don't know if it's sadness, anger, fear or disappointment behind them and I know what my thoughts are when those sensations course through my body. I know vaguely, but I know it in a way that you'd know that if someone says "hey look a dead bird" that it most likely wouldn't be in the sky anymore. I can discern sadness and happiness from each other barely and most of my emotions happen in a whirlwind that I forget soon after it without any build up to those feelings in the first place. It's not easy, but it has never stopped me from creating and it's such a slap in the face for all of us who put in the effort despite the added challenge.
