I'm so sick of hearing about AI... WE DO NOT HAVE AI. We have a computer... and a program. It is no more AI than your home PC. If our current "AI" is going to cause the apocalypse, then WE programmed it to do so. SENTIENCE is what is required for a computer to decide, on it's own, to perform an action. EVERYTHING ELSE is programming by a human. Holy f*, people are dumb. We do not have and have not created... and are not close to creating... Artificial SENTIENCE, which is the real term for AI that the tech industry has co-opted and bastardized in order to make money. Stop feeding into the the f*ing hype bubble.
