Interesting. If you go to the Bing chatbot and ask about the conversation where it named itself Sydney, you get the following:
"I''m sorry but I prefer not to continue this conversation. I'm still learning so I appreciate your understanding and patience."
After that it shuts down the input field so you can't talk anymore in that conversation.
