Yes. Yes, it is. You didn't make it clear enough so I think it's okay to point it out. Current AI models spectacularly fail to respect at least 3 out of the 4 fair use clauses. At this point, being wishy-washy will help none but the corpos voraciously trying to turn their plunder into a profit and push fellow artists out of their field, using their own work.
