I agree, as a graphic designer AI is everywhere and at the forefront. Although, I have used it in creative writing to develop a conlang structure. The prompt was essentially a paragraph long and the structure was extremely informative on what goes into language development. I have no regrets, because I was able to go in and fully modify it to the direction I wanted for my story (all entirely written by me so far, and will continue to be). For me, I saw it no different as using a scripted property in a 3D software only to direct it into my own style and ideas. I speed ran probably a week of linguistics research (my conlang isn't too complex, just enough to work), but it just felt like such a tertiary asset for me. I plan on creating my own maps and illustrations through more traditional/semi-traditional means though. But yeah, no regrets, the conlang is something I'm proud of and AFAIK isn't stripped directly from anyone else's material.
