AI will create really art then when start having self-awareness, and can think. When can do something what is not only mix many stealing stuff, but then AI don't need AI bros. XD
When someone now talks me that "AI make art", I know that person is completely tasteless, and don't understand what art is.
I don't have talent, I can drawn anything more than benis, but fuk man, when I looked on paints of e.g. Giger or Beksiński, I see how many details is there, and next looks on this AI slops where many things is just bad. Human (and good artist) know what to doing, and many little things are perfected, whereas AI only coping and mixing, but without soul and details.
It's very sad than people think are "artist", but only what to do it's wrote prompt, and they are happy when looks on total crap, and thing it's good. XD
