This is yet another thoughtless loom-smasher video. Of course self-driving cars are not perfect. There is this concept called "Improvement", and there is no limit to that. Human drivers are not perfect either but improve such that older drivers don't do the amazingly stupid things that young drivers do, and one day car AI will be better than any human almost always. "Almost", because nothing is perfect.
