I feel like this will happen very soon actually, EU has proposed such a thing. Starting august 2 2026 all ai generated content should be watermarked and disclaimed also any data set or model intending to represent themselves they should use licensed content.
This would be a turn in the right direction, a world where you wouldn't be forced to listen or see or watch ai generated videos m yes there will tons of lobbying but it will eventually happen . Even the US is taking actions it's just gonna take some time m if those lawsuits win it's over .
