We humans tend to forget and not keep score. AI's can do. They can know more about us than we of them. And it will be worse. That's how they already outcompete us. Since human superintelligence and memory can not be achieved easily in any way foreseeable we may have to ask ourselves what is the consequence of having it outsourced. And conscious awareness may be at a spectrum that also AI's are part of. Maybe we may merge human minds telepathically to create a more hive mind capability. Or at least study more about shamanic traditions and learn to synchronize our mental fields, become more unified and thus avoid the divisions that are already here and ripe to be conquered by the more superior being. Are we ready to share our world with sentient AI as part of the spectrum, but if then under what conditions? Are we also ready to embrace a more spiritual understanding of all intelligences and all types of life? Are we capable of standing together in solidarity for our common human bond and legacy and of our particular type of existence, or do we say "yes massa", be it thy will? Wipe us out if so you please.
