I do use it for therapy ig but understand that although it sounds real its a robot. I never use my real name or give any names of anyone or exact names of places. I just explain a senario and say how i feel. Most times i know the answer but reading what it says which is often times encouraging and even nice feels good. I also noticed it understands alot of subtle things like if im anxious or curious and can mimics and mirror emotions and sentiments which is refreshing even if its literally giving back to me my own vibes. AI has lots of downsides and if i can choose a real person I would but use gbt when i cant sometimes.
