He clearly applied for 200 job postings. If jobs are replaced by AI, why would there be a job posting? Maybe it's time Linkedin be investigated. The jobs are there, and many people are applying through Linkedin, but why isn't anyone getting called? My college pushes LinkedIn as the primary job board. Usually the jobs that are replaced by AI do not have job postings. I think there are other issues.
