Nothing was “stolen” in the training of AI. If you understood even the basics of the issue, you’d know that. Every lawsuit filed so far alleges civil copyright infringement, not theft. Civil. Not criminal.
If any company had actually stolen something, the Department of Justice would be involved. They aren’t. Not in a single case. That should tell you everything you need to know.
Lets be very clear. No AI company has been accused of theft in court. Copyright infringement is a civil dispute, not a criminal one. If you insist on calling it ‘stealing,’ you’re arguing against the actual law.”
So before shouting buzzwords you don’t understand, try learning the difference between copyright law and criminal law. The facts aren’t on your side.
