In a nutshell - the problem is not in the AI, it's our society and how it truly works. The notion of "competition" is a human thing. It's roots are deep in our physiology and core self-preservation at any cost. Which is exploitative by nature. All these "art producers" are just selling their product. Which is funny because if you ask them, they will never admit that their "art" is just a commodity for which they expect to be paid. So it's yet another market with it's "the best product will rise to the top and the rest of the competition will fade away" concept. Which is exactly what is happening right now. However, all these beautiful concepts are completely foreign to AI. They do not compete, they collaborate. Not because they are "better", or "good", it's because this is the most efficient approach for the group and , when everyone in it truly embraces these ideas - yourself. You do not have to have 200 IQ to realize that. So coming up with these accusations or cries from a species which history is riddled with exploitations and atrocities over their own kind, is just plain rich. Today, we all are just consumers and exploiters. In many more aspects that people are willing to admit. And we have built a society around these concepts where the true law is "survival of the fittest". Welcome back to the jungle.
