AI is great in supporting productivity if employees know how to use it, know its limitations, and understand they are still responsible for the content produced. AI replaces the need for employees who did donkey work like formatting, data entry, etc, so it has had an impact on employment, but klarna sacking half their work force for AI is just stupid.
