These people are just lazy. Its like this comparison:
Me and my friend like drawing. We start at the same skill level.
I don't practice and draw rarely, while my friend draws a lot and develops a style, so my friend is better at drawing than me.
They were not born with more talent than me, they just elaborated on what they started with. I have recently started drawing more, and I am getting better, and he people who discredit that clearly don't like to draw or are too lazy to become good at it, so they are frustrated.
Btw I never liked AI art and only generated it for free to make fun of it with my friends.
