Lol, its not Hyper intelligent but hyped intelligent. Musk is a business man, the big thing in business now is to make gullible investors throw money into AI. Just like with Q-computing it will be a thing to milk money out of for decades. Just make people think Eminem singing about kittens is intelligent, based on that every plugin written for chatgpt will appear intelligent. People simply dont understand what they see, thats why they are too easy to impress. A.I. is the emperors new cloak "others will think im dumb if i dont go along with it" but in fact its the other way around, youre dumb if you believe in it.
