i think AI art and people who Manipulate Picture is in the same "artist"ish. I've seen people who not only use prompt but more like AI being used in different way to generated images by using stable diffusion, it's really hard to control what AI is outputing and the way people who is creative enough to use and control Stable Diffusion is really interesting and the more i see it the more it's kinda become the new Photoshop Brush preset. i think in the future ai going to become a tool once artist realize that therefore other alternative way to use it.
just because a tool is dangerous (imagine a knife, it is dangerous but it is useful to cut dishes) so just because it's being use by Bad actors, art theft and all of that... i think in the future it would become handy, I'm right now quit drawing digitally because i don't have money to upgrade my equipment, ever since of AI things controversies that being going on i have an idea how to use them even tho i only draw it with a mouse and not a tablet it still pretty okay imo. it's still in process i don't know if i finished it considering i might hurt people feeling thinking using AI is not ethical so the process still slow but i would say it is helpful, not only AI can do bad but AI can also do good.
