Appreciate the conversation and kudos to Hinton for his life's work. However unfortunately he is not thinking clearly anymore - I don't believe AI poses a threat. Not least because his whole argument about AI being more intelligent than humans is just BS. What *does* pose a threat is *bad people* using AI to control and destroy communities, populations and civilization.
