Of course Kurzegasgt is part of the problem and only tells half of the truth. However, ai is not the root, but the symptom. Why, the podcasts that we see, the clickbait videos of 40 minutes and above, the Joe Rogans, the rage bait etc, this "content" isn't ai, it's natural. But is it better? So, the real problem is the purpose of the internet that has changed. Either naturally by the users, which doesn't seem to be true. Or deliberately, centrally by the decision makers, who very clearly have decided to brainwash people through the internet. To cause stupefaction and cognitive numbing through intense emotions, anger sadness nostalgia, what have you. YouTube, was just announced, wants to introduce 30-second unskippable ads, with a stated deliberate plan to "make YouTube more like Tv" (!), against which it was meant to an alternative historically. So, Kurzegasgt, well done with the half truth. But the full truth is much deeper, and darker.
