I fell for the whole, "people will always prefer human art over ai art" bit, but recently I've come across a lot of AI cartoons and it honestly seems like high effort content, is actually entertaining, feels artsy and I wouldn't even know it was ai if there weren't so many new channels putting out hours and hours of high quality content that's actually entertaining and novel and feels like there's a lot of heart and artistic style behind it. Artists are really in trouble since they might not even be able to compete on quality eventually. Even if they can somehow, they will never be able to compete with the volume
