I mean... I have a friend that has a degenerative brain condition that prevents her from producing the art she wants (she struggles with motor control) so she's been using AI. But it's not the nightmare fuel these public generators make, and not a case of prompt > generate > good enough. She spends a lot of time vetting the images she gets out, then sends it through more smaller models to correct things like hair or hands.
