14:46 There is NO morality on turning off or deleting an AI. Sheesh are these intelligent people?! Its a clever 'trick' people. All we have done is automated human conversation. And so of course it 'imbibes' our philosophical perspectives etc on 'itself'. Its not flippen AGI OR it is AGI where AGI is artificial sentience (ie mimmicked) and not human sentience.
