In manufacturing....
I don't know, small corporations won't adopt due to limited applications without a dedicated ai person to train and assign agents.
Mid-level and giant corporations can as they can hire and spend to adapt their workflow procedures and processes to fit the AI mold. This will drive the cost down for large scale production but small manufacturing they will persist through this as they have persisted through the automation robotics world
