As a student who actively using AI in studying I can say that in my experience AI is still incapable of doing big complex tasks which are not just about giving answer on one question but solving tasks which consist of a lot of actions. Main problem is hallucination, I think the biggest improve for now would be non-AI based program which is going to show degree of hallucination to provide user ability seeing true picture. Also I found myself in situation when I was abusing AI to make home assignments for me, so in real work probably making proper rules of usage is going to be also very good. And I think that we are pretty far away from gen AI, so for companies it's better to treat AI not as substitution of their workers and closing entry-level positions, but a tool which can help to optimize some tasks, main point is that companies should not substitute Jun position of workers because as I see now a lot of companies doing that and don't understand that in the future they not gonna get experienced specialist who is going to be capable of complex tasks
