There’s a shortage of drivers that won’t accept low pay . There is plenty of drivers that will work for free or low pay though .
If it’s not AI taking your jobs , it’s the low wage workers taking your jobs .
In my perspective by the time AI has the technology to take your driver jobs completely away ? You’ll all be dead and gone by then . That’s many many years away .
When the technology isn’t there and the quality of it is really old technology already in use for the AI and it’s undependable ? You don’t have much to worry about .
For example they’re using old GPS technology to guide these trucks , we all know that’s not perfect .
There’s no technology that can take over the human factor of every job. No matter what you hear .
