You missed the biggest problem with the "It helps the disabled do art" argument: the stripping away of self-expression. A disabled artist will, whether implicitly or explicitly, incorporate their experience as a disabled person into their art, and AI could never know what it's like to be disabled because it doesn't even know what it's like to be abled. Telling an AI to make a painting about your struggles will never succeed in conveying them. My depression and anxiety makes their way into my art all the time, and it's beautiful to see my art fluctuate with how their mentioned; sometimes I'm consumed by it, other times I overpower it. AI could never understand the power struggle between me and my mind. It only has one mind. It only has one intelligence, and it's artificial.
