People creating AI love to say "No no no, this will actually HELP you in your job it won't take it" only to then have the AI take their job. I see it firsthand, an AI software company says that AI won't take your job, someone who better understands it will. Then they go on to explain how the AI will save your company money becuase you are able to cut corners on labor costs, make it make sense. Not to mention the REAL TIME job loss you are seeing because of AI implementation. The same software company MAY be right in that someone who understands AI will still have a job. Still, that job now becomes managing and troubleshooting the AI, it doesnt address the 5, 10, 100 people who were all cut from that team becuase they were no longer needed as the AI took over all their work, leaving a SINGLE person to manage and maintain the AI.
