What is called "AI" nowadays is pure vaporware, living and dying on hype and nothing else. Props to you for trying dispelling misinformation, but I don't think you can do anything to convince pro-AI people, it has to coming from themselves, all these tech bros still defending AI have fallen hard for the corpo snake oil marketing and won't see anything beyond the cult like echo chamber they have decided to live in, most of them in this bubble and will perceive anything coming from outside of it as an attack direct against them.
