The equating of false information with true and factual information in such a permeating way will end our ability to have rational and productive conversations and information sharing with each other.
The end result, as shown here is the inability to pass on truth and facts to new generations.
The governments around the world better get off their behinds and regulate AI, so the damage is minimized. Step one is to break up Social media giants into smaller companies and then also regulate the tech industry that produces such dangers.
AI reproduction of an actual human face and voice should be regarded as criminal as forgery and punished as such.
