So I’m a geotechnical driller…we were drilling Next to lady bird lake in Austin…we had traffic control due to working on the street and needed to close down a few lanes….Waymo cars are all around really creepy to watch when they go past without anyone in them. Our flaggers let a group of cars through and on the other end a Waymo car just ignored the flagged entirely. The 2 Waymo cars met in the middle and created a damn blockage for like 30 minutes 😂. Nearby cops and Waymo techs came by and tried everything to get them to move out of the way. Finally a Waymo techs opened the door on of the and put it into manual drive and moved it…but the whole experience was hilarious and just stupid all around.
