They may not have directly weighed in, but color me surprised that this particular SCOTUS didn't side with corporations over the people for once, since this is potentially a bigger deal for all those tech companies banking everything on AI than for individual people wanting to make art with said AI. Which I'm happy about if it means AI won't quite be the end all be all that these companies want them to be.
