Deep fakes are a tough thing to deal with. I can see it go the other way too. Someone creates a AI generated porn video without having anyone in mind but because it looks like someone they get sued. It will be hard in some cases for courts to determine if it is a deep fake or just an AI generated porn that happens to look like someone. It will be easier if it is marketed as that person but what if it isn't?
