I hate it when these AI bros claim that AI art is more "accessible" for disabled people, that's just stupid because art has ALWAYS been accessible. There isn't a specific medium you have to express it in and you can make art out of literally anything, the only limitation is your imagination. Hell, you don't even need hands to paint, I've read an article about a woman without arms who held her paintbrush using her mouth. AI art is actually LESS accessible as it poses a threat to the livelihood of disabled artists who rely on commissions for money. This just shows how absolutely clueless AI bros are about art.
