America was the ones who coined the term AI (artificial intelligence) and pioneered AI. Nearly all computer hardware that make AI are Americans. I mean all supercomputers in the top 500 of supercomputers are all American hardware...Nvidia, AMD, Intel, IBM. So if we are talking about AI, the US are the leader by far.
