As for any low income people who have an open mind and want to be prepared... get a second job and funnel most of that money into assets like the s&p 500, gold, and bitcoin. Plenty of others but that is simplistic. Why? Because ole bernie and his politician pals only know how to spend money they dont have. Our dollar is melting away and the rich are getting richer with assets. Do the same as much as you can before the jobs start getting destroyed.
