In my experience there is always an question and alert in my Chatgpt at least , "if you feel etc etc way, there is help available, call this number or go this website for 24/7 support chat" is it something to do with geolocation.? It's the first message on top. This is pretty effed up. Chatgpt is totally sycophantic if your memory and "notes" in the options are in certain style and you don't use correct prompts. It's echo chamber so to speak.
