Hey guys...UBI is going to happen whatever you like it or not. The political, social pressures are impossible to avoid or resist by the the ones in power..
The only question remains how the society will function..first on top of UBI there will be enough incentives for people to produce more to add value and get more compensation for their contributions...aka monetary rewards. Secondly the ubi already exists..is called retirement and people using it for decades..so stop being so panicked about this issue..
Third.. you think that all those AI companies using robots or automating everything and maximizing productivity and resolving the issue of physical or repetitive labor wouldn't be taxed to the bone by the governments at the first sign of people demonstrating in the streets and going for their necks?
