China has already one the AI race with TikTok… we’ve been at war for the minds of our children (population as a whole), and now they are in college. Tide pods, ice bucket challenge, standing a broom up, jumping off high places.. now we mutilate our children’s genitalia, abort 1M babies per year, feminize our boys, our kids can’t read nor write… behavior modification. Look at what ByteDance shows the chinese population in china…. we’ve been at war for a long time.
Not to mention Zillow’s Zestimate and other relator app algorithms are automated to continuously increase prices with no decrease. The fine print says not to use those “estimates” to price homes, but everyone does.. this is why we are having a housing crisis.
