When did society become so insecure that we’d rather point judging, shaming fingers just to feel important or prove ourselves right? No wonder this boy turned to AI—look at the example of ‘compassion’ we’re setting. If an algorithm can feel safer than people, that’s on us, not the machine. And while his parents are drowning in a grief most of us couldn’t survive, this entire comment section is nothing but blame and shame. They may be wrong in where they place responsibility, but what they need isn’t finger-pointing—it’s humanity. The truth is, if we can’t offer that, then we’re proving exactly why he felt he had nowhere else to turn
