I typically loathe the ACLU. However, in this particular instance, I would argue side by side with them. Facial recognition and other similar technologies should not exist. While it mat very well have some legitimate uses, because it is controlled by humans, it will always, ALWAYS end up being misused to hurt, manipulate and control others.
