I was just reading some history on glass bottle making. It's interesting because it described early day automation in contrast to the standard hand blown glass. When automated machine glass bottle making was first invented in the late 1800's it ran side by side with the manual glass blowers. The machine had to be separated by a wall because the manual workers would sabotage it. It was just a matter of time thought and we all know the manual method was eventually abandoned.
