The only things I've found AI actually helpful for, in my day to day life, are mostly code and some Internet searching stuff. For code, it is good to give you a headstart, it can't completely take over, it'll ruin the whole code. For search, it's good because you can give it your question in natural language and it'll understand and find a good query for you. Other than that, it's pretty bad.
