Sorry, but this is one of the most 1 dimensional analysis I've seen in a while. 2min in and you've already completely glossed over the position most employers have been put into via central banking, fiat currency, and QE infinity during covid. If you don't address the fact that the Mag7 IS the stock market and the reason why as per the aforementioned inputs, then your entire premise is compromised from step one as to why they are turning to AI to 'plug the gap". The idea of "not firing people on 'humanitarian' grounds" is a phrase of utter entitlement. A company is not your mommy or daddy. Those who fail to learn how to use AI for their livelihood do so by choice - the consequences of that fall squarely on their shoulders.
