1:26 I'd like to add onto this segment here. If AI is akin to just another art tool, then we should say the same about commission artists. Y'know, people you pay (or rip off when you find a gullible juicy sucker) to make the art for you? Would anybody say that not just entering an art competition with your very own *(commissioned)* art, but trying to put YOUR patent on that art is beyond deluded? There's so many layers of bullshit to pick apart, this guy is a fucking onion. Each layer you shed off, there's yet another shell. And as the stench grows more pungent, your eyes water as creativity collapses in on its own innovation. I would go so far as to say this onion should've had his acquired User-Assisted Generated Image (because that's what it is, it's not AI-art, unless you wanna try to convince me he suffered for his art because he has carpel tunnel) rejected and he should have been fined for even *attempting* to enter that image into the competition. Some hundred dollar fine oughta do it, maybe up to $1,000 dollars of a fine. Make it outrageous to really deter onions in the future. As for the copyright case, this asshole of an onion knows exactly what he's doing. (Imagine how much the odor of an onion's asshole would make your eyes tear up.) Setting precedent for creativity beyond the dreamscape to shrivel up entirely, to dam the well to the absolute. I'd really like some feedback from this comment section, see if I've got the tinfoil wrapped tight enough to clog that pesky cerebral blood flow. Thank you.
