Yes, outsourcing really kills the jobs. But let's face it. AI is devaluing college degree, because AI is devaluing knowledge in general. That's why companies are only hiring the top talent these days. They don't need a bunch of mediocre fresh grads coming into the workplace and creating troubles. This is pure elitism now. And it is only getting worse. Average people will have a really really hard time getting a job in the future.
