Ai should assist laborers not replace them. Shorten the work day, shorten the work week, increase pay, and productivity will sky rocket. This isnt a delusion. This is has happned in the past with the additions of paid time off, weekends, and parental leave. Workers and ai can coexist. However....under a capitalist society this can not happen and will certainly not happen. You would need a communist society to have this implemntation. Maybe with socialist society you could also implement it
